Richard Diegmiller


BARNESVILLE — Richard Diegmiller, 65, of Barnesville, died Monday (Oct. 30, 2000) at Barnesville Hospital.

He was born Aug. 5, 1935, in Barnesville, son of the late William E. and Pearl M. (Hayes) Diegmiller.

Mr. Diegmiller retired from Evets Construction and was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a member of Assumption Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by three brothers, Mancel, Kenneth and Wayne Diegmiller.

He leaves his wife, Evelyn M. (Joyce) Diegmiller; a son, Scott Diegmiller of Acton, Calif.; a sister, Shirley Scholik of Lore City; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, Barnesville.

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday at Assumption Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Virgil Reischman serving as celebrant.

Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery, Barnesville.
