Eli A. Funari
BARNESVILLE — Eli A. Funari, 55, of Barnesville, died Tuesday (Sept. 12, 2000) at Crestview Health Care Center, St. Clairsville.
He was born Nov. 29, 1944, in Bellaire, son of the late Alfred and Maggie (Popicg) Funari.
Mr. Funari retired from Saginaw Mine, St. Clairsville, where he served as a coal miner. He was a Baptist by faith.
He was preceded in death by four brothers, Michael, Angelo, John and Pete Funari.
He leaves his wife, Bonnie (Simeral) Funari; two daughters, Hope Funari of Columbus and Amy Funari of the home; a brother, Tracy Funari of Barnesville; a sister, Margaret Davenport of Leesville, S.C.; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, Barnesville, where services will be 2 p.m. with Pastor Bob Merritt officiating.
Burial will be in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
