Orval Orthello McWilliams


O. O. McWilliams Dies in Rest Home

Saturday afternoon funeral services will be held at 1, EST, from the Campbell funeral home for O.O. McWilliams, who passed away early Wednesday morning at the Harris Rest Home in Morristown. Evangelist James Hiser of Kent will conduct the services and burial will follow in Ebenezer cemetery.

Orval Orthello McWilliams was born in Belmont County near Barnesville on May 17, 1883. He was the son of John E. and Olive Jenkins McWilliams. He was a retired railroad employee, and in recent years lived in Justus, O. His wife, Minnie McWilliams, passed away in 1961. A brother, St. Clair McWilliams also preceded him in death.

Surviving are four sons; Kenneth of Sharpsville, Pa., Harley of Greenville, Pa., Willis of Canton and Clifford of Columbus; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Campbell funeral home after 1 o’clock, EST, Friday.
