Virginia Margaret McWilliams
Virginia Margaret McWilliams "Gramma Mac", 81, of Canton, died Monday, Nov. 18, 1996, in Altman Hospital, Canton, following a brief illness.
She was born in Barnesville April 9, 1915, a daughter of the late Walter Jacob and Hazel Stackhouse Wheatley.
She Iived most of her Life in the Canton area. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Dale McWilliams in 1980; a daughter, Sherill May Skelley in 1983 and an infant son, Robert Dale McWilliams in 1942. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Jim (Wendy) Wilson of Sidney; and Mrs. Carl (Penny) Hein of Canton; one son, Walter of Akron; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received tonight from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Reed Funeral Home, Canton, where services will be conducted tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. with her grandson, Rev. Steve Skelley officiating. Burial will be in the Northern Cemetery, Barnesville.
