Harley E. Warrick


BETHESDA — Harley E. Warrick, 76, of Belmont, died Friday (Nov. 24, 2000) at Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling, W.Va.

He was born Oct. 5, 1924, in Speidel, son of the late Guy and Bertha Warrick.

Mr. Warrick was a retired barn painter who traveled the eastern United States painting Mail Pouch barns for 55 years.

He was a Methodist by faith and a U.S. Army veteran, having served in the 99th Infantry Division during World War II.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Ethel Warrick; a brother, Harold Warrick.

He leaves his wife, Louise Calvarese Warrick; two daughters, Mrs. Fred (Lena) Williams of Cincinnati and Deborah Stevens of Belmont; two sons, Danny Warrick of Texas and Roger Warrick of Cincinnati; a grandson; two sisters, Faye DeVine of Barnesville and Edith Tyson of Canton.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Belmont United Methodist Church, with Pastor Vicky Kelley officiating.
