Robert Wayne Whitacre
BETHESDA — Robert Wayne Whitacre, 61, of Newton Falls, died Sunday (Dec. 3, 2000) at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Warren.
He was born Feb. 27, 1939, in Bethesda, son of the late Mansel and Waive (Blake) Whitacre Sr.
Mr. Whitacre was a member of McDonald First Baptist Church, McDonald.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Fred Whitacre.
He leaves two sisters, Linda Whitacre and Deborah Fleming, both of Niles; four brothers, David Whitacre of Niles, Mansel Whitacre Jr. of Wheeling, W.Va., Kenneth Whitacre of Steubenville and David Fussell of Louisville.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday at Kelly-Kemp-Braido Funeral Home, Bethesda, with services to follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Tim Snyder will officiate.
Burial will be in Crestview Cemetery, Barnesville.
